I have a vehicle account and credit card with Absa and have been on debt review for about 10 months, earlier this year Absa terminated my accounts on debt review and I was threatened about reposession of the car, I tried to resolve it and my accounts were reinstated, about 2 months later they were terminated again and this time without notification, and from that time a guy by the name of Viv keepscalling me to meet with him and bring the car? he wants to do some inspection on the car and always tells me to meet him at Hunters road because I will not get parking at their offices and if I do not bring the car he will get people to come to me and repossess the car, all this sounds very shady to me as I have never received any letters telling me that my account is terminated on debt review or that I have to meet this guy to inspect the car? I have never missed a payment and I already have a court order and both my Absa account are included in the court order.
Im really frustrated and really do not understand why do I still have to do with Absa when Im under debt review?
Can someone from Absa please call me and tell me why this matter have been handled so unproffesionally by Viv?
