A bag was containing our chipped car keys amongst other possessions. Unfortunately the car keys fell under the car and the replacement of the key itself did not exceed the minimum claim value on the policy. The claim was rejected. I explained the situation to Daron: how we have been with Budget Insurance for over a year with a good record and couldn't afford to replace the key out of our own pockets. He suggested we still proceed to claim for the other items and the bag. The claim was successful and we are now in a position to either replace the contents of the bag, the bag itself or have this contribute towards replacing the chipped key.
Daron had a good attitude and was very efficient. I commend him for his manner of assistance.
