On the 31st Aug 2013 my car got involved in an accident. i immediately got a call from discovery regarding this wanting to know if i was ok - fortunately i was but the vehicle was later declared a write off. Since the 31st Aug, Discovery has always been on my side. Thabisa Mbaliso, the lady who was my claim's validator, is an asset to discovery - she deserves a star rating. She handled this process with sheer professionalism, not only that she kept me informed all the way.
Quite frankly, i did not have to move a muscle and my claim was sorted out just like that. Discovery insure - really, really, really gives you PEACE OF MIND. This is how an insurance should be. who knows an insurance that can sort out a claim of this magnitude in less than 10 working days? That is what discovery insure did for me.
