Unauthorised deductions and slow corrections

I've joined Multiply in January as part of the Bankmed benefits. Various e-mails were send to us indicating that if we join Virgin Active during January on the Multiply program we do not need to pay the R645 activation fee, however when I activated the multiply program on my gym account Momentum deducted the R645 in any case. I've phoned the call centre and send an e-mail last week Tuesday and still did not receive my refund as yet. On Friday another R307 (instead of the R147 monthly premium) was deducted from my bank account. I've been trying to get hold of the call centre for two days, and send e-mails as well, but no response. I've e-mail them before with regards to queries that benefits Momemtum and then the response time is within 5 hours, but as soon as they need to fix their mistakes, they are extremely slow to respond to e-mails.
I've had no benefit form multiply during my first month, they only increased my frustrations due to the incompetency of their accounts department. They keep on deducting money from my bank account and keep on earning interest on money that is not rightfully theirs. At this stage we are standing on unexplained amount of R834.74!!!
