I previously filed an erroneous hello Peter complaint against ABSA when on fact it was FNB. One of our farm workers was treated unfairly and I was so angry and decided to file a complaint without confirming the bank was correct. Annatjie called me within only a few hours of me confirming my complaint and wanted to settle the complaint immediately. Even after finding out I was in fact dealing with the wrong bank she had a professional attitude when I know most people wouldn't. I am very impressed with ABSA response time and Annatjie's patience and the way she handled the situation. Thank you
