Last week i laid a complain on Hello Peter about a lack of Service from Regent Insurance Company, within few minutes their management attended my complain in a great atttitude.
In Particular i will like to thank a lady by name of Brenda Maluleka in Life Operations - Claims Dept, she went all out to resolve my complain within 24hrs, she was so helpful with an amazing great attitude.
Well done Brenda Maluleka you have re-build the image of your company, keep it up never fail to maintain your positive attitude.
To regent management you have to recognise Brenda Maluleka for doing a great job and i will also like to thank you as a management for responding and resolve my problem within 24hrs.
Please maintain that positive attitude to all your customers, dont wait until your customer complain.
