No response to secure message

I have send two secure messages via Online Banking. I have had no response in one week. I want to know why can I not buy prepaid electricity online like I have always done the past Year. I have tried all my accounts and from my husbands. There is no problem with the accounts at Tshwane. I have contacted them. Why such bad service and no response???
