My wife and I decided to go to standardbank to open new accounts. As I am still in the bank and typing this complaint on my phone it is now 13:30 we arrived at 10:30 and still was not assisted. Now to prove the incompetence of the people I decided to rather open an account at fnb just two shops away from standard bank. I was helped there got my account open and my wife is still sitting to wait for assistance in standard bank. How is this possible
