In june i did an enquiry on metropolitan website about funeral policy and had a guy calling me n i took the funeral cover with metropolitan. He promised to send me policy documents via email n post and today I am still waiting. I am paying but dont have any documents summarising the policy i have with you should anything happen to me or the covered people i dont have any documents to go on. Please forward me the policy documents or otherwise will take my business. i need to have sumthing tangeable if I am gonna continue with this policy.
