I called the call centre to enquire about accessing my rcp loan funds, they told me I need to pay 15% of the loan before I could revolve, i asked if I could make a cash deposit and they said yes as soon as I deposit I can access the funds. I now went to the Braamfontein branch and the service consultant gives me a different story, that I cannot pay into the loan and it needs to go off by debit order before accessing, of which the call centre did not tell me. Firstly I have wasted my money on telephone calls as well as time and petrol in driving to the branch just to hear a different story. I am angry and upset as this is now an inconvenience to me and inconsistency, one says a different thing to the other within the Bank.
