I would like to know what Santam home owners policy states on; When your property is insured with Santam. If the people that rent the house move out, now the house is empty, and someone all the copper pipes in the roof and outside the house.( This is within 5 days of them leaving the house) Will Santam pay for the repair of the water supply?
