Best customer service experience from a callcentre

Dear Regent

Phindi is a gem. She listens well and she's a problem solver.

Phindi is great because she's an "I'll see what I can do" type of person. There is nothing that annoys a customer more than holding for ages only to be told "sorry, there's nothing we can do". Phindi goes the extra mile to try and resolve the issue.

Simply escalating a request on behalf of a client goes a long way to making a client rest assured that something is being done about their query.

Phindi has a great attitude and is very efficient. This was not the first time I received fantastic service from Phindi.

This lady is a keeper.
