I have had a few issues with my emails being completely ignored by Standard Bank Customer Services. Last year I had 2 support requests completely ignored that were filled out on Standard Banks website.
This year, on a separate issue, I have been waiting for feedback over a transfer reversal from February 2013... a few weeks after emailing them my form they requested, I then emailed the person I had been dealing with for an update and they just never replied. A while later I emailed the support address on the standard bank website and explained my issue... they then told me that I needed to fill out the forms if I wanted a transfer reversed. THEY DID NOT READ MY EMAIL, because I stated that I was waiting for feedback on the forms I had already sent. I then replied and stated again that I had already sent the forms and they again just ignored my email...
I am still waiting to hear from them after 3 requests for an update... can someone please help me.
