NO REBATE ONCE AGAIN!

Hi there,

I was quite upset when I logged onto my internet banking this morning.

I have an overdraft with FNB - where i obviously get charged debit interest on my account on a monthly basis. I have had this complaint many times before.

My fee's came off my account, I was given no rebate back on my interest, and the excuse cannot even be as something went overline as i havent gone overline.

If you take a look at my account and my good conduct, this is becoming a regular thing for FNB on my account receiving no rebate.

I find this very inconvenient that I must have this happen to me time and time again and I would like it to be looked at asap and giving me my normal monthly rebate as i should have received.

Please kindly see to this matter.
