FICA - accounts frozen all of a sudden!!

Standard Bank has decided to freeze my accounts because of so called FICA.

I have banked with Standard Bank for 20 years.
My accounts were FICA registered when required, that is when FICA came into play.
Suddenly I get an sms to say I must FICA my account? Considering I have FICA ed my account and that there is so much I did not take much notice.
Then, on a SUNDAY, they decide to freeze my accounts. What NONSENSE.
Whilst there are laws and perhaps there is a reason for the sudden URGE to re FICA, considering the and problems the bank may want to consider informing their clients that re FICAing is required because...

After 20 years, this leaves me no choice but to change my bank. I am bitterly disappointed and disgusted.
Having always spoken well of standard bank, this despicable treatment renders all such praise as nothing but vitriolic bile.

PS: Standard Bank - This compliant form requires me to enter my account details, it is frozen, in my view it does not exist!!!
