Early this year I have received a letter from Coombe and Associates which was advising me that I owe a company by the name of? XPERATO (PTY) LTD" an amount of R7454.80 and I should settle it within ten days upon receipt of the letter. I then sent an email to Coombe & Associates on the 23rd of January 2013 telling them I don't know a company by the name of EXPERATO and please clarify who are they and what the debt for. Up until now I haven't received a response from them and I'm afraid that they have blacklisted me on the ITC because on their letter they have mentioned that failure to pay the full amount they will be left with no option but to list me on ITC. This situation is troubling me because its not nice to be listed especially if you are unemployed and looking for a job in the financial industry. I just need them where do they get that amount, who do I owe and what was it for.
