My geyser burst, I called outsurance yesterday, know

On 3 May at 12pm I called Outsurance to tell them my geyser burst, and I need to claim, they did a claim for me, sent me the claim number, in the afternoon knowone came as of yet or called me, in the evening the water from the cieling was running a lot, and I called outsurance again to tell them my water is turned off but it is leaking a lot and it is damaging my carpets, this morning at 8.30 I had to make another call again, because my house is flooded with water, I have a one year old baby, and we cannot turn the water on to cook or bath or anything, we have been without water since yesterday, Outsurance has not even noted the urgency, because knowone has even contacted me as yet, if First National Bank didn't force us to have building insurance with outsurance, we would have never had insurance with you because you brag on your ads about bending backwards for clients, but your service is pathatic, I am infuriated, 3 calls so far, no water, and you better hope this SG Buildings that you have now said you are going to send out is going to do a thourough job with my geyser, beacuse when I googled them, the first thing that came up on google was a complaint from a custome
