I have a personal loan account with African Bank i made arrangements with them to reduce the amount that i was paying and we had an agrrement and they are deducting that amount in my account. Now i get sms from the collection agency and i being charged by them yet African Bank is deducting the money themself not by the third part of NICS reg number 2001/004355/07. My concerd is why i being charge for the service i dont use and i was never told that my accont have been handed over to them and why is African bank still deducting my account knowing that they have assign the NICS DERBT COLLECTION DEPARTMENT are doing that???
