I am a new customer and claims (dial direct) were so helpful from the onset. I only got my insurance yersterday and the first thing the claims lady asked (Nisha) was to ask if I was ok.

I was very happy with the service from the start to the end. When I arrived even the security was helpful and directed me to where I needed to be.

Alan - he was friendly and helpful. I was at a loss for words. Very pleasant. Jeanne Thompson was also friendly and assisted me.
