In 2012 my Truworths account was behind with 3 months because i was not working at the time. So i got some money from my previous work so i paid the whole balance. a month later i went to Truworths and bought boots which was R550 and the statement come and the monthly instalment was more than the boots price so i dicided not to pay because no one at the store or head office could answer my questions. So in september 2012 a guy from Blake & Associates Marlon called me i made an arrangement of R200.00 a month for six months than my account will be up to date. Two months ago the call centre sent me sms and call me non stop and saying i am still in arrears which they cant explain why. So this is enough i will not be by this people i am working for a law firm i will take it further. This is all the people i spoke to but no conclusion Marlon, Zandile, Vuyo and an Indian guy which i can remember his name
