Since 2010, we have been asking for a "chipped" cheque card for our Private Bank account. Every time we order a "chip" card we get a normal debit card. Initially I was told that they were ironing out problems before issuing them to the Private Bank clients. Last week we requested a "chip" card again and went to collect it today. We collected a normal card and not a "chip" card.
I sent a complaint about this to the complaint division on 31 January 2013 and have yet to hear from the Private Bank regarding this.
Such poor service.
