I distinctively told nedbank personal loans dept to debit my account on the 29th of each month... but a debit order comes off my account this morning against my instructions... now my bank account is in a minus figure and now im being sent harassing smses by my bank saying my account is overdrawn! Ive complained against the personal loans dept must be 7 times now and the service just gets more pathetic by the day... nedbank is by far THE WORST bank that ive eve deslt with in my life... if im not being harassed all the time be it via post or phone.then my account gets double debited... then I get told of amounts anf interest etc what the next and its lile my complaints fall on deaf ears. Im so I cant wait until im done with you people... you wont EVER receive business from me EVER AGAIN
