My boyfreind at that time and I had a gym contract with Planet Fitness (Benoni) in 2011 on his father's name. Both contracts were paid via debit order on his fathers bank acc. When we broke up early 2012, his father changed my contract to his sisters.
Three years later (2014) I received a phone call from Saya Recoveries stating that my account had been handed over to them to collect payment and I was threaten with blacklisting.
I was a minor when I was on that gym contract. The details on the statement, such as address does not even belong to me.
