Personal details to 3rd Parties - SANRAL leak???

Nedbank - best you change your terms and conditions of banking with you if you want me as a client.

Nedbank in their terms and conditions of opening an account want the client to expressly consent to Nedbank "... to send my personal information to third parties in order to provide a service to me...". Hello!!! I will not give my consent for Nedbank to send my details to SANRAL or any other 3rd party to provide a service to me.

I wish to bank with Nedbank and expect Nedbank to keep my personal details private and confidential.

Yes, Nedbank. E-tolls have got me to the point where I read the fine print of all terms and conditions and will not trade with anyone who does not respect my rights to privacy of my personal information.

So E-tolls have indirectly cost you a client.

Your terms and conditions requiring me to give you license to send my personal details to anyone you like "who can provide a service to me" - cost you a client.

I sincerely hope others will read this before opening any accounts with your bank in future.
