I phoned Outsurance on Friday to make changes to my policy as well as to enquire on moving a vehicle that I've currently got insured elsewhere to Outsurance. Our second vehicle is already insured with Outsurance, but I received a much more competitive quote from another company. Unfortunately the quotation for my first vehicle wasn't very competitive and then I was put through to Candice who revisited my policy and did everything possible to give me the best possible quote on both my vehicles. Unfortunately due to a technicality being stuck on a vehicle tracking contract it wouldn't prove feasible to move the vehicle at this stage. We did get a significant discount on our current premium which will go a long way to assisting with the current tough financial times. Candice's conduct was very professional, helpful and extremely friendly. It is great dealing with people like Candice on the telephone and she is a real asset to your company.
