No comnication, no feedback, BAD service

I logged claim for my damaged cell phone, within 2 day my claim was approved by 24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance. Great service.
The phone was collect on Monday and delivered to the repair centre the next day. The repair was done the next day and my phone was ready. Since then I had to follow up as to when I would receive my phone back. I was unable to speak to anyone Finrite Insurance Administrators who could assist. The call centre keeps you on hold for 10 minutes. When I call the person responsible for my claim, I cannot get through either.
I then had to call the repair centre myself and tell them that I would collect the phone myself as no arrangement were made by Finrite Insurance Administrators to have my phone delivered back to me.
If I had to wait for Finrite to complete the claim and delivery I would be getting my phone on Monday only (1 week later) where the turnaround is listed as 24-72 hours.
This is really bad service from Finrite Insurance Administrators and their actions are giving 24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance and TT3 Repairs a bad name as they delivered great, prompt service.
