I owe FNB Bela-Bela branch monies that I have borrowed. With my husbands death last year October (he was the only breadwinner) I went to the branch to make arrangements to pay the monies I owe as I can and or make a monthly payment to the outstanding monies that I owe. This is the second time they just deducted monies out of my savings account without notifying me that they will be doing so. The monies in there is not mine (even though the account is in my name) and now I will have to repay that monies to the relevant person again which puts me further in debt. I went to the branch yesterday 23/01/2014, the branch manager told me he will get back to me and when I inquired to speak to him today 24/01 he is on weekend off. I don't think it is fair for FNB just to take monies as they see fit to pay my outstanding account, I HAVE MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND I HAVE PAID MONIES. I am very upset with the type of service I am getting. If I didn't pay or make payment arrangements, that would have been another scenario.
