Greedy Insensitive African Bank

I have called the African Bank to explain as to why they took their premiums on the 24th instead of the 27th. The Lady explained that their system has been set to access money into my account and that my debit falls under the weekend hence my debit yet I only get paid on Monday the 27th and our aggrement is they can only take what is due to them only on the 27 - which in this case is on Monday!

African bank is so insensitive as they can take the money that is not due to them days before their time and not even bother to notify you. They are extremely bully in the manner they treat customers- HOW PATHETIC IS THAT??!!! My account has NEVER ever been in arrears - worse still I want to settle their rubbish account they further charge me more money and say its "uncleared amounts". I had money in my account so that I can still buy my kids some groceries for weekend and now the Greedy Insensitive African Bank have taken it without my knowledge or any notification for that matter.

must help me to never ever, I mean NEVER EVER to take things with credit with this greedy and insensitive bank that is called African Bank - I wonder what is so African about it!
