Unauthorised debits in my account

I spoke to a lady from your call centre complaining about unauthorised debits from my account and she advised that they will stop them but if the companies debiting my account changes the ref nos. the debits will go through again. How is this possible and how can the bank not reverse all these debits and get my money back??? I do not even get the debits notification on my cell phone.
