ABSA Insurance - BAD service

Last year November my house was also damaged with the hail storm and my roof is leaking. First week in December ABSA then send me the contractors name and number, when I finally got hold of him he told me that he is from Roodepoort and that he cannot assist. For weeks I tried to phone again and finally got hold of another contractor but then it was December holidays so nothing happened. On the 16th of January 2014 I phoned the contractor Canso (that ABSA appointed) and he went to get a quote and send it to ASBA on the 17th of January. Since then I have been phoning daily, the Insurance call centre only take names and numbers but NEVER call me back. It has been since end November and every day it rains my house get more and more damaged. The carpets are starting to rot and the wooden floors lifting so it is more damaged and could have been avoided. I found a contractor that are willing to start ASAP on the repairs but I need ABSA to approve this before I can give the go ahead. If they want to make use of the contractors appointed by ABSA then please just advise what is happening on this so we can get the house repaired.
