My bag with my cellphone and other belongings was out the boot of my car. I called Auto and General on Tuesday afternoon and the incident occurred on Tuesday morning. Service received was good and she clearly confirmed what further information she requires. She treated me in a friendly manner and listened with empathy to what had happened. I was called yesterday to confirm that the claim had been processed and payment would be in the next few days. The payment was received last night. I still however have an outstanding query with them regarding the policy and the amount that paid out and i'm waiting a response on that.
