Looks like switching to FNB was a mistake

At 1st my debit orders were not changed, now I'm trying to register for online banking the system is telling me that I am already registered. I went to the branch yesterday they could not assist me they advised me to call the online banking assistance. The only sms I got when I opened this account for logins was FNBConnect registration passwords and username and I tried using those passwords on the online banking services it does n't accept them. When I chose and option to reset my password and username my thinking is I should get an sms with those details I am requesting for but instead I get an error message " NO DATA RETURNED FROM REQUEST" why it bits me. I called your online assistance and I am getting told that I'll be charged a fee of R55.00 and odd cents what FOR? I just switched from my bank over to you and I have not even received my 1st salary into your account and I am already experiencing this kind of service. I need to load my beneficiary list since you were not successful in doing so after I filled out the form and returned to you on the 09th of Jan and today is what the 24th and it is still not done. Someone better call and sort this out.
