Excellent turn around time

I was involved in an accident on 23 Aug 2013, n was informed that i had no car hire option, which I then added on the 27 Aug 2013. I was advised that i could add car hire option at any time, provided my policy was in force. My car went in for repairs on 9 Oct. A few days prior, I contacted the claims technician, Elizabeth Sindane who was dealing with my claim n she approved car hire for the period my car would be in for repairs. I then received an email from her on 21 Jan 2014 n invoice from AVIS attached, stating I should pay coz the car hire was added after the accident. I replied stating I wouldnt pay as she had the right to approve or reject the car hire but she approved it. I would not pay R2300 for her failure to do her due diligence, but she wouldnt hear of it and kept saying I was liable. I then contacted the complaints department n spoke to KEENAN FREDERICKS! He was very helpful, took my complaint n all my details n asked me to forward the email correspondence n promised he would keep me updated. The very next day he called with good news; it was the claim technicians fault n I didnt have to pay. I was ready to change insurance companies but I stayed thanks to Keenan.
