Last year around May 2011 I was contacted by Outsurance consultant regarding household cover, I was given a quotation of R213 which I specified should include a hearing aid device valued at R85, 000.00. I asked the consultant repetitively if the premium of R213 was correct & he assured me again & again it was correct, go listen to the recording, now when I need to lodge an out an about claim for my handbag which was, first I'm told I do not have cover, which I am covered for then I'm told apparently Outsurance incorrectly captured the information on my policy & now my premium is more than doubled which I cannot afford & the hearing aid device that I was paying for was only covered for R1, 500, I am transferred from one imbecile to another but cannot be helped. I was told that a senior personnel would try to resolve this but nobody has got back to me. I am utterly, utterly disgusted with your standard & level of service, I do not appreciate being to, manipulated & hogwashed by Outsurance. I am lured by a lesser premium by not being covered for what I need cover, then I'm conned into paying double the quoted premium due to Outsurance's incompetence.
