DISPUTE ON REFUND PAYMENT

GOOD DAY, I HAD 3 LOANS WITH AFRICAN BANK AND A CREDIT CARD, I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR SETTLEMENT AMOUNT AS I WANTED TO SETTLE ALL THE ACCOUNT WITH MY CONSOLIDATION LOAN TOOK FROM WORK. I THEN REQUESTED SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT ON SETTLEMENT AMOUNT WHICH I RECEIVED IN WRITING. I PAID ALL OF THE ACCOUNT HOWEVER I MADE MISTAKE OF PAYING MORE AMOUNT ON THE 2 ACCOUNT AND I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED MY BANK AND WHERE I WAS TRANSFERING MONEY TO. I GOT ALL THE PROOF AND WAS ASK TO PROVIDE MY BANK STATEMENT AND ID, I STILL DON'T GET ANSWER AS TO WHY THEY CANT REFUND INSTEAD I AM NOW SUSPECTED TO BE DOING .. SPOKE TO ONE OF THE CONSULTANT, SHE WAS ASKING ME QUESTIONS AND ALSO TOLD THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO OVER DEBT ME WHICH I FEEL THEY DID WITH THEIR 3 LOANS AND CREDIT CARD AND I AM TRYING TO RECTIFY THAT. I MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WAS A CONSOLIDATION I GOT FROM WORK TO PAY OFF ALL MY LOANS AND OTHER DEBT AND I ALSO MADE THEM AWARE THAT I MADE A MISTAKE BY OVERPAYING THEM AND THEY HAVE TO REFUND A CERTAIN AMOUNT SO THAT I CAN PAY OTHER CREDITORS. I NOW BEEN SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST AND NOT GETTING A GOOD REASON WHY AFTER GIVEN THEM ALL DOCUMENTS THEY REQUESTED.. I AM NOW BEING TREATEDL LIKE A
