Can someone please contact me from the collections department, Iam being redirected all the time from one department to the other and then it just rings at the collection department and eventually i get cut off. Anyways this is my problem...
i pay my credit card each and every month through Neb App online. every month the app gives me a minimum amount i must pay, and i pay that. Every month the amount changes. On the 28/10/13 i paid the amount of R281.25 as required. end of December i check my credit report and it said for the moth of Oct/Nov i was in arrears on my credit card for 30 days. i was at Ned bank and they told me over the phone the amount on the app is not always correct, and i must rather check my statements. i wanted to apply for a loan but my credit score was affected, by my credit card being in arrears.
Can you please correct my credit report?
