First National Bank
No response to a Premier client?!

I've been trying to move my Premier banker contact to Cape Town from Pretoria for over 5 months now. Despite numerous mails to my current banker as well as the general Premier mailing address I just don't get a response. What bad service from a bank that I've supported for so long. If I continue to not get any response I will be moving all my accounts to another bank.
