I have been a legalwise platinum member for the past 2 years. Last year I asked Legalwise to provide me with some urgent legal advice or at least an indication of how long it will take to give me advice. Two weeks later they indicated that the matter has been handed to Bester Fepan.
A month later I contacted him asking how long this may take via email. No response for a week. I resend. No response for a week. I call Bester, and he indicates that he has "a lot of work" and that he will call me back. No call comes my way. I send an email to the Senior Legal Adviser asking for a reallocation of Legal Adviser. No response.
I have not faltered on a single payment in the past 2 years. Please assist
