I am having endless issues with DiscoveryCard - I am trying to increase my limit. I filled out an application and then sent it off via email. I received requests for various documents and then finally received an email that stated "Congratulations - your Upgrade has been approved". Then a few hours later I receive an SMS stating I have not submitted all the required documents and need to contact DiscoveryCard on a given number. When doing that you are routed to the standard DiscoveryCard call centre who cannot tell me exactly what document is missing. It would appear that one side of DiscoveryCard has no idea what the other side is emailing out or saying!!!
