My Partner had a contract with Planet Fitness (PF) with which he fell behind in payments. SAYA recoveries then contacted him and paid amounts on several occasions to settle the debt.
A few months later, another bill from them, with added costs from SAYA, which he once again just paid because they demanded the money the SAME DAY.
Another couple of months down the line, ANOTHER bill from SAYA with even higher amounts!
I then took over the matter and found that several of the previous amounts paid were not allocated on the account. I queried this with Sandra on 28 November 2013 and after several emails and phone calls, she still hasn't answered my queries with regards to the unallocated amounts.
When she phoned me on 8 January, she was rude and told me not to threaten them.
I have read the other complaints on HP and see that this is a regular occurrence where no feedback is received and staff (including Sandra) have been rude to customers previously, not to mention the fact that you are not doing your job!
If my calculations on the vague statements you sent us is correct, YOU owe US money, and I expect an answer TODAY, just like you wanted payment on the same day!
