I ordered a "Smart Device" via FNB internet banking on Monday morning. I received an sms yesterday indicating that the application was approved and that the phone will be couriered to me at a cost of R150. The company that handles the expediting of the phones (digital planet) also sent me an SMS this morning with a link I should follow to fast tract my delivery. I now received a follow up sms indication that my oder is on its way and that i will receive it next week Wednesday. A whole week later? I need the phone now, thats why I ordered it. I assume that is also why I am being charged R150 for delivery. This poor delivery service was never communicated when doing the application as I would never have done this if i knew i was going to have to wait this long. I have had excellent service from FNB since joining them, but am deeply disappointed by this. BE WARE PEOPLE!!!
