I have received several sms and e-mails notifying me to settle an account for goods I never received! The latest email said: The account is going to be handed over to a debt collection agency on the 2014-01-28.
I sent e-mails and tried to call but their 086 call-centre puts you on hold forever, why should I waste time and pay to make a call for goods I never received? This is ridiculous. I want nothing to do with this company, they pester you to take a trial period to assess their publications and then it's impossible to contact them to cancel or query, be warned - stay away!
