I have made every single payment to my Std Bank revolving loan over the last 2 and a half years, and have never skipped a single one. I was so dissapointed to see that in Sep 2013 Std bank has me 30 days in arrears for that one month, and then everything clear again thereafter. How is this possible, and why so inaccurate with updating your information. I have tried calling 3 different numbers today to have this fixed but have been passed from pillar to post.
Can someone at Std Bank please rectify this urgently as i have no other payments on my bureau reports that reflect arrears, and please email me as to what is going to be done about this as i am applying for a bond in the next few months and need this error rectified immediately and on all 3 bureaus.
