I had and incident with my car at work; upon investigating the damage I lodged an on-line claim (twice) with MIWAY... I then had no feedback so the next day I phoned MIWAY where upon the lady told me there was no claim lodged. She then assisted me to lodge a claim; I did receive my incident number via sms. I phoned back the next day to follow up; I just wanted to know the status of my claim. The gentleman informed that all the lines were busy and he will leave a message for someone to call me back. It has been 7 x days and I am yet to hear from MIWAY! Due to their lack of response I have proceeded in paying for the damage out of my own pocket... cash... It is just shocking that I pay so much every month to insure my car and to get some sort of service... I don't expect a lot. To leave me disappointed also takes a lot.
