To whom it may concern
I submitted this complaint on Hello Peter last week. I was told via the site that the matter has been escalated and that I would be contacted. Since then, nobody has contacted me. I have been in contact with Jenear myself who is not management and also promised that I would be called to no avail.
I don't understand why a client that keeps his Medical Aid, Car & Household Insurance and his Credit Cards with Discovery is being treated in such a manner.
I do not want to discuss the details on a public forum any further. I would like to see a representative either at your offices or at mine.
At the end of the day, I was told my claim is approved, then not approved, then not sure, then we are working on it, then management would call, then nobody calls, then...
