While I was in New York, my Platinum Credit Card was blocked for a suspected transaction. But if Tebogo Muvu had one working brain cell, he would have seen that I use my Credit Card Extensively overseas as I am about 90% travelling overseas. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I contacted Tebogo by email as soon as I received the message, but have not had any reply three days later. The Card was unblocked by a Supervisor Moses this morning after my return to SA.

Wonderful service levels guys! Keep up the good work! Keep on asking How You Cant Help me!
