Unfair treatment and no feedback from company

My vehicle is insured with Auto & General through Woolworths. I have had this car for 5 years now and have never made a claim since. I just recently had an accident on the 5th of January where my car was written off. I was hospitalized after the accident and obviously had my daughter to take care of things. I logged a claim with insurance on the same day and never heard anything from them since my daughter has called in a lot of times trying to follow up with Auto & General and was eventually advised that a lady by the name of Portia is responsible for this claim. Ever since this Portia has never given me feedback unless my daughter calls and asks her to contact me, every time I speak to her she want bits and pieces of information, on one call she wants a case number then shes away from work 2 days later still no response i had to call her again myself. Eventually got hold of her now she want a certificate of registration for the vehicle of which i do not have and would take 21 days fro me to get this from the licencing department. It is now 3weeks later still no finalization of my claim. This is totally unacceptable, My policy is paid up to date i have never missed one premium.
