Nedbank deciding on financial matters without Clie

I am working overseas and my salary gets transferred from foreign accounts. Nedbank used to contact me every month for the past year when funds were transferred. I normally have an option to put a hold on the funds for 30 days and I always contact them when I want the money to be released and deposited into my account. I noticed during the first week of January that my salary was deposited into my account by Nedbank. No one contacted me and I did NOT give permission for the funds to be released. I did sent numerous emails to Nedbank and to the people dealing with the transfers but up to date no one has replied to my emails.

Can someone PLEASE reply to my mails??? I want to know who gave permission for the funds to be released. I lost a considerable amount of money because of this as the ZAR weakened over the past 3 weeks.
