DETAILS NOT UPDATED

After 30 phone calls and numerous emails to Debt review department, they still have not removed this status from my account. I have sent the 17.4 and consent letter over 5 times already. this has a hold status on my name and I cannot apply for any credit. What must a person do to get something done?
i am tired of calling and giving the same details over and over again. if this is not dealt with withing 2 days I will close my account with absa and never bank with them again
