I was at the bank 2months ago, to cash a cheque.. Whilst waiting for authorisation teller number 1 lost my drivers license.. So they said they will phone me!! And they didn't so I went in again, they told me to get a new license and bring the reciept and they'll refund me within a week.. It's been a month now and still waiting for them to phone me after they said they would 4 times now!!! I just think it's totally inconsiderate- due to the fact if you owe the bank money they'll phone you everyday until they get it, but when they owe you money- they couldn't care about keeping customers happy!!
